Ehssanullah Aghbar Receives Prestigious Changemaker Award for Peacebuilding, Sport Diplomacy, and Inclusive Societies
The Peace & Sport Council of Afghanistan proudly announces that its President, Ehssanullah Aghbar, has been honored with a prestigious certificate from the Global Changemakers Council. The award, titled “Changemaker for Peacebuilding, Sport Diplomacy, and Inclusive Societies (Afghanistan) recognizes Mr. Aghbar’s exemplary leadership, innovation, and transformative contributions toward advancing Sustainable Development Goal 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.
The certificate was presented on December 10, 2025, coinciding with Human Rights Day, by the Global Icons of Change Secretariat on behalf of the International Council of Changemakers, and was officially signed by Mr. Justin Ho Guo Shun, Chair of the Council.
Expressing his gratitude, Mr. Aghbar said:
